Tina Lee and Lily Anna are both pregnant and waiting for an ultrasound scan, a procedure which requires the patient to have a full bladder. Unfortunately, the doctor is running very late (Lily has been waiting for half an hour and Tina Lee almost an hour) and the two women are absolutely bursting. They ask the receptionist how much longer it is going to be, and feel a wave of despair (if not panic) when told that they will have to hold on for another 15 to 20 minutes. They try to argue but the receptionist tells them that there is nothing she can do. The women continue holding it but Tina Lee really is about to burst. She paces around the room, trying to contain herself, but suddenly she loses control and a huge puddle of pee forms around her feet, streaming down her legs as she stands there completely humiliated. Lily is sympathetic, not least because she is about to explode herself. Tina Lee calls out to attract the attention of the receptionist but the woman is nowhere in sight, so Tina Lee leaves, her scan no longer a possibility. A little time pass passed and we find Lily still holding on while a rather annoyed receptionist mops the floor where Tina Lee had her accident. She warns Lily that if she loses control too, that she can get the mop and clean up after herself. Lily does her best to hold it until the doctor calls her in, but the delay is just too long and she too wets herself on the waiting room floor. As she departs, the camera closes in on the wet patch on the front of her dress.
